18k Gold solid rose is on one side of this skull ring. The stem with thorns held in the teeth is also 18k gold solid. The eyes are one of natural Amethyst heart shape 10mm the other of Lab grown Ruby heart shape 8mm. This is a hefty two ounce ring of Sterling Silver, it also has some 18k gold enhancement on the forehead. It is not hollow inside. I can remove the bad word if you wish.
