Solid Sterling Silver ring.Total weight 42 grams = 1 and 3/8 ounces. Bottom of shank is 3/8 inches wide. The top is about the size of a Quarter. The Sugar Skull is bronze with an etched surface and an blue patina waterproof and permanent is applied. The Turquoise Stones I cut and polished them myself. The ancient Mexicans used turquoise but it is not found in Mexico, it had to be traded from indians here in USA. This ring is inspired by the great Turquoise encrusted Skull from the Museum of Anthropology Mexico City. Look closer there are small smiley skulls on the sides of the ring, lots of flowers and hearts!

Solid Sterling Silver ring.Total weight 42 grams = 1 and 3/8 ounces.Bottom of shank is 3/8 inches wide in metric that is 9.6mm. The top is about 1 inch by 1 inch, in metric that is 25mm by 25mm. The Sugar Skull is Bronze with deep carved laceing of flowers and leaves and etched with acid green patina is applied then coated with a light tinted clear coat for stabilizing and good wear and UV protection of the patina and water protection. I love Turquoise known also as "Sky Stone" by the Native Americans, i find it to be a great natural wonder. The ancient Mexicans used it a lot also but it is not found in Mexico, it had to be traded from indians in Arizona. This ring is inspired by the great Turquoise encrusted Skull i saw in the Museum of Anthropology Mexico City, i worked there as Architect investigating ethnic Architecture.
Omg! look closer there are small smiley skulls on the sides of the ring, lots of flowers and hearts! tons of love went into this.
